Any attempts so far to patch up Charles are met with failure.
More substantial post later; keep playing it out.

Do I only get 1 medicine/first aid roll or one of each?

For each individual wound - an unlimited number of characters may attempt First Aid - each character may only make one attempt using the higher value of Medicine / First Aid - only the first successful First Aid attempt may apply - once a successful First Aid attempt is applied, there is no other need for First Aid / Medicine on that particular wound.

The men pitch together to move the remnants of the chandelier over to the side of the foyer, and as Henry watches Charles (and unsuccessfully aids him with an external liquor bath), they locate the first aid kits within the duffel bags. The area is relatively cleared, but there is a large gouge in the floor.

David is able to cleanout the liquor, some chandelier, and set Charles' dislocated shoulder back in place. +2 HP. Charles will live, but he's groggy, dazed, aching and tired. Of all the investigators, he has the least amount of sleep the night prior, and also had to walk to the house from town. It's been a trying day for him.
Meanwhile, the others evaluate the damage and make a cursory attempt to clean up. There's a knock at the front door. "He- hello? We heard a loud sound from the house. Is everyone ok?" It's Hans.

Wearily, and in a hushed tone, "One of you may be better talking to Hans right about now. I'm certain I would not sound terribly convincing if I tried to say we were fine."
Adding "Oh, and Henry, liquor goes in the mouth, not in the arm," before re-adjusting slightly on the couch, not to sleep but Charles didn't feel like doing much other than sitting and possibly talking a little.

Benjamin wearily walks to the door and opens it a fraction, making sure his foot is firmly set behind it so that it can't be opened any further.
"Hello again, Hans. Yes, we're all fine thank you. And you? Nothing of note going on outside, I trust?"

Daniel arrives to the scene. Looking at the first aid that was gathered Daniel begins to assist with the injuries. Sorry i'll make a better post soon just trying to figure out what happened.Daniel bats clean-up on Charles, helping him to the couch, and looking over David's work, which appears clean for a farm hand. Roger has taken care of his own forearm gash. Benjamin wearily walks to the door and opens it a fraction, making sure his foot is firmly set behind it so that it can't be opened any further. "Hello again, Hans. Yes, we're all fine thank you. And you? Nothing of note going on outside, I trust?" "You may want to come up with some kind of reason for the noise, Ben." "Ahh," begins Hans, "ve heard somesing, but I guess if you say everythink is ok, I haf no problem mit it." He hurries away, probably reluctant to stay near the house.

Daniel looks around at the mess. "So anyone know exactly how this happened? I wouldn't imagine a chandelier decided to fall after so long when we happened to be near it."
Daniel surveys the hole in the ceiling. "I think we need to finish investigating the rooms we have yet to look in and make sure no one is with us."

Roger looks upward "The boards were creaking up there, and I think I heard something taking out the boards to cause that fall. Just wasn't quick enough to react."
"Something definitely is keeping us from finishing the investigation of the house. I'm with Daniel, we need to put an end to this. Let's head upstairs, but somebody needs to stick with the Professor while he recovers."

"Ben and David should stay here with Charles." Daniel says walking by the stairs.
Pointing to the other two gentlemen "You two and I will investigate the rest of the house. If anything happens we should either yell or set up runners, one person from each group to run to the other group for help."

Everyone appears agreeable to this sort of plan, so someone should describe the set-ups, the equipment taken, the roles designated, and get on with it. And who has the keys.

HENRY (Wipes his hands clean with a handkerchief.) Charles will be alright, won't he? Does he need hospitalization? (Grabs his torch and cane.) Needless to say, we can't let whoever did this to get away with it. Onwards, Daniel. Lead the way, but let me know if we need anything for the third floor. I haven't been there yet so I would need to visualize. (Rummages for some spare oil in case there needs to be light.)

Daniel gathers up some rope, and two flashlights, along with a spare first aid kit.
"No problem Henry, who had the keys again?" Daniel looks at the group as he steps on the stairs.

Too shaken by his close encounter with the chandelier to argue the duty assignments, David wordlessly hands the keys to Daniel. He then slowly sits down on the floor, retrieving a cigarette from behind his ear as he does so. He lights it, and settles in to wait as the others head upstairs to look around.

The intrepid team of investigators heads upstairs, some of the steps covered in chandelier crystal. The wood banister has been raked in some places by the falling device. They make it up to the second floor without incident.
Downstairs, the trio of Benjamin, David and Charles settle down in the living room, away from the debris littering in the foyer.

HENRY (Rotates the blades of the armored knights to face the wall to the side.) Dangerous things, that. One wrongly oiled limb there means one wrongly offed limb here!

The pole axes twist easily in their respective gauntlets, but gravity prevails, at least for the east-most knight, as his blade rotates back to face inwards, rather than sideways.

HENRY (Moves hurredly past the armors.) So Roger, you say you heard creaking up here? Let's investigate that area. (Takes a look at the boards above the chandelier, taking note that they're weakened to avoid accidentally falling through them.)

Henry looks up, noting that the boards which held up the chandelier were part of the second floor ceiling, overhanging the foyer below. He gets close to get a good look, but takes care not to lean on the portion of the banister that had been poorly repaired at some time in the past. Henry is not a carpenter, but he determines that the wood which held up the chandelier looks as though it had snapped under pressure. There does not appear to have been an axe or other implement used to split the wood. Additionally, it would require quite a reach from this point on the second floor balcony to reach the hole in the second floor ceiling where the chandelier chain had been mounted.

(Goddamn post got eaten every post is repost)HENRY Hmm, there doesn't appear to be any foul play. The boards were broken by pressure, not by any tools. Still, given what we've seen so far... (Points up.) Eliminate the impossible and the improbable is the truth. Let's check upstairs. I believe that the place hasn't been fully explored yet.
